Party On, Dudes!

Something fun that happened this week: Kylie got to go to a friend's birthday party!  Her friend Kennedy (who turned three) had a fun pirate party this past Saturday.  Kylie enjoyed it, especially because it was all outside, though she wouldn't wear any of her pirate gear (typical).  She did wake up stinking early that day, though, so by 10 in the morning she was already ornery and tired, but after cupcakes and eating some pirate booty she got enough of a sugar rush to really enjoy being there!

Kylie has really enjoyed drawing this past week.  If she finds a pen, she searches for a piece of paper and then just sits a draws.  But if I get out the crayons and coloring books, all she does is eat the crayons still!  Sigh.  Oh well, she does pretty good with a pen, with only minimal drawing on herself...

Other than that, besides our usual swimming, we didn't do much.  I had a rough week with the pregnancy, lots of being sick and not being able to eat a lot.  So Kylie and I didn't do many adventures.
