Well, we are back from our trip up north! We had a lot of fun, but unfortunately we brought home a sick baby with us. Kylie caught a cold and we have had to deal with a stuffy nose and light coughing. Poor thing! But she still is as vibrant as ever and still loves to play and laugh and do her same old cute baby things. Luckily she seems to be getting better now.
Once we got home we gave her her big present: a high chair! We love it, and she seems to enjoy it as well.
Now I can properly feed her and it won't be so hard to clean up her mess, because she sure makes food messy, and fun! I love feeding her new foods. Here she is absolutely loving a mango... which is funny because I am not a mango fan at all...
Kylie is also making great strides towards crawling. She is constantly getting up on hands and knees, and sometimes even doing hands and toes! I shall have to enjoy these last few days of limited movement before I have a crazy crawler to supervise. Kylie is not satisfied with staying on her tummy or back, either. She loves to prop herself up on her side now.
She is pretty decent at sitting by herself as well, but sometimes if she gets too far to one side she will tumble. It's so fun to watch how babies grow and develop all on their own, and discover the things they are capable of!
